Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship world-wide!

How can I find out the cost of delivery?
The shipping charge will be calculated and shown before checkout. The shipping is based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept online card payment with MasterCard, VISA, American Express or via PayPal.

When do I receive my order?
Orders arrive within approximately 7-20 working days (depending on location).

Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Can I track my order?
No, we unfortunately do not offer tracking on our shipping.

Can I change my order?
We start working on your order as soon as it is placed, so we cannot offer any order alteration service.

Can I add items to my order?
Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us.

Did my order go through?
An order confirmation is sent to your email immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact our customer service and we’ll sort it out!

How do I use a voucher code?
If you’ve received a voucher code for the online shop or using a promo campaign, it is filled in it the checkout process of your purchase. Simply write the code in the field in the checkout, and the total amount in your order will recalculate. It will be clearly stated what amount the voucher is before you continue to the payment step.

What is your returns policy?
We cannot offer returns or refunds unless your order is missing or damaged. Please contact miguel@paynerecords.com if you wish to return an item.

I cannot find the style, color or size I’m looking for.
The colors and sizes available in the online shop reflect what we currently have in stock but we might re-stock popular products, and have more designs coming soon.
